With the rapid development of world’s economy and the progress of modern science technology, the logistics is developing fast as a new service industry of national economy in the world wide. The logistics industry in China is in a basic level, the cost of Chinese logistics equals 16.7% of GDP, however, the cost of logistics in America and England equals 10.1%, 10.5% of GDP. In 2000, Shenzhen municipal government prescribed financial industry, new and high technology industry and modern logistics industry to be three pillar industries of the Shenzhen economy in the 21st century. In the process of building a modern logistics industry in Shenzhen it is very important to make use of advantages, hold chances, overcome disadvantages, avoid threats, make feasible developing goals and adopt a suitable development strategy. So it is necessary to study the strategy of developing the Shenzhen’s modern logistics industry.
