Today, our farming industry is in a total crisis. For the government, it is becoming harder to keep on clinging to a policy to stabilize the price of the goods. Not only does the decreasing level of income undermines the farming industry but it also jeopardizes the economic status of the farmers.At this critical juncture where the viability of the Nonghyup loses its momentum, the Cooperatives should concentrate on building up a system that promotes the frequent use of the members and invigorates the reconsideration of the efficiency based on the perception that it exists in its pure idea to provide the members all kinds of services and benefits by allotting the profits among them in proportion to the record of the use.This research came up with a comparison analysis by grouping as below based on the average results from 1998 to 2003.
