This study empirically examines the structural relationships between resilience, balance between work and family (BWF), and organizational commitment. To conduct this examination, the authors (i) designated resilience, BWF, and organizational commitment as variables and (ii) designed a research model and set up a research task. To examine the research task, the authors conducted a survey on Yeoungju Agricultural Cooperative employees and analyzed the survey based on 287 collected questionnaires. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows: First, as a result of analyses on the means of the variables resilience, BWF, and organizational commitment, the level of resilience was not especially high (4.7964). Second, resilience was found to have a positive effect on BWF. Third, BWF has positive effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, in verifying the mediated effect of BWF on resilience and organizational commitment, the study showed that BWF has a strong mediated effect between resilience and organizational commitment.
