This study make clear up the non-synchronism as an aesthetics for overcoming an established studies that has been focused an opposition against the Japan colonialism. Just as Althuser's statement, the colonialism is worked not based only a repression, but passed through an ISAs(Ideology State Apparatuses). Without understanding this fact, the meanings of an opposition against the Japan colonialism were reduced directly to a political one. An opposition which expressed in literatures is symbolic, indirect, being everyday. In fact, his novelles was not shown an direct opposition against Japan imperialism. He showed rather the everyday life of the peasant that supported from the traditional communities. But these traditional communities were the only ways of withstanding against the repression of Japan. Because only these communities could maintain a Korean identity and could restore their pains. Therefore his novelles usefully utilized a mode of traditional narratives rather than represented the modernity. I called this ‘the literature edged’. ‘The literature edged’ means a property included a subject matter, a spacial feature, the mental, the forms in his works. For example, the border of a village is a background of his works and the place is provided as the rest for outsides, and counteracted the repression of colonialism. So his works is very hybrid, non-synchronic as embracing these the edged of lives. Finally this study hoped to arrive at the follow question; ‘what made them endure Japanese exploitation ultimately’?
