This research paper describes the activation of economic trade between South Korea andIndia are rapidly measures being discussed are important at a time when our companies cantake advantage of the CEPA and India even more ways to browse through India's importand export customs clearance system.
Korea-India CEPA's preferential tariff in order to increase the economic and trade, firstof all, there is a separate one-India CEPA and the APTA agreement depending on thepreferences of each agreement the tariff applies. Second, to receive preferential tariff appliedto the origin of goods shall be accepted as a. Third, the origin of the goods importedmountain parts can be used in articles.
In order to take advantage of the Korea-India CEPA more than anything else, proves theorigin and application of the accurate way the tariff agreement is needed. In addition, thecountry of origin must be submitted to the verifiable material. And the exact rules of originwill have to apply.
