Objective : The patient presented with a week history of orange-eryhtematous follicular hyperkeratotic papules in facial and skull part.
Methods : Korean medicine PalMul-tang 八物湯 was used and Aroma ointment and Retinoid lotion were used together.
Results : After 6 months therapy, she experienced remarkable improvement of symptoms.
Conclusion : Pityriasis Rubra Pilaris (PRP) is belong to ‘Honyoja 狐尿刺’in Korean medicine, and we can expect a relatively good treatment effect.
