The purpose of the study is to investigate the research trend and effects of physical activity measurement among adolescents through systematic review. Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Korean studies Information Service System (KISS), DBpia, National Assembly Library, and Korea Institute of Sports Science (KISS) were used for the systematic review. The final 41 studies were selected out of 456, which were appropriate for the purpose of this study. The results of this study are as follows. First, the research of physical activity measurement was primarily focused on obesity for elementary school students. The centrality of networks includes the keywords, such as obesity, health-related physical fitness, elementary school students, children, and school physical education around the networks of physical activities and physical activity levels. Second, the Koran Society of Sports Science, the researcher, Park Hyoung Ran and the researchers of Yonsei University had a great impact on the research of physical activities. Third, the physical activities had a positive effect on health and physical strength of adolescents.
