본 증례는 개나 고양이를 기른 적이 없고 발병 전 6개월 내에 육회나 생야채의 섭취 병력 또한 없었으며 호산구 증가도 심하지 않았던 환자에서 심한 심부전을 동반한 내장 유충 이행증이 발생하여 알벤다졸과 스테로이드로 치료 후 후유증없이 호전된 1예를 경험하여 보고하는 바이다.
