The advanced e-learning technology enhances the use of medical content, mostly consisting of multimedia type. The paper aimed to develop a cyber medical training system by using Internet MPEG Technology. The specific objectives were to develop multimedia content about state-of-the-art neuroendoscopic surgery by using the Windows Multimedia Technology, to design a cyber medical training system based on the instructional system design theories, and finally to construct it on the web environment. Four neurosurgery doctors consulted and determined the quality of the primary multimedia data collected from the three international neuroendoscopy workshops, recently held in the G Medical School hospital. The cyber medical training system consisted of three main web pages, including the video lecture, the text file room, and the structural section to present content list. The system can be accessed via Internet and a user can select the screen size of video files and the access speed to the server. The results of the research are expected to be used for creating ideas to produce and to accumulate more qualified multimedia content developed from the primary resources of common medical practices and activities.____________
