The study indicates that forecasting the direction of China's labor policy: Based on the cause of the changes in the labor policy of the Chinese government as the change of the economic growth paradigm. China 's labor policies are in line with changes in the Chinese government' s economic growth paradigm. Changes in labor policy could reflect current social structure. Thus, labor policy is the most sensitive to the socio-economic paradigm for quantitative growth in the 1990s and the socio-economic paradigm for balanced growth and stability in the 2000s. In the early stage of reform and opening up, the market-oriented economic growth system would shift to labor policies such as flexible labor market in China labor legislation. As the economic growth system changes from growth to distribution, the labor contract law would move on to the rigidity of employment after the high growth. If so, is China's labor policy moving toward a labor policy that strengthens workers' interests in pro-enterprise labor policies? Is this a return to the labor policy of the planned economic system? On the basis of the recent changes in labor policy, it could be predicted that China's labor policies are shifting toward strengthening the protection of workers' interests. However, this would not be a return to a completely limited labor market before reform and opening up, but rather a Chinese-style labor relationship that protects workers' interests and adjusts the flexibility of employment.
