Internet has good point but has side effects at the same time. the side effects are as following, (i) internet pours out huge piles of harmful content, impeding the formation of a sound culture; and (ii) its strong dissemination ability has fatal consequences to societies. We have regulations systems on illegal or harmful informations and contents on the internet. Even though the regulation will go against the spirit of internet. This article critically analyzes details of various Internet content regulations. It also discusses the EU's regulatory model, Japan's, USA's, and so on. This focus on the deliberations of the committees in the areas of Internet contents, online game, and mobile Internet. they pose problems for censorship and individualization, not coordinated. This study suggests that legal regulation system must be unified on the basis of the principle of identity and self-regulation systems are in private hands. assisted by government. In addition, relevant acts are not enough to protect the youth the harmful contents - especially children's pornographic game, animations.
