There have been many studies on the tone and the form of music of the 1st chapter of the current Sujecheon(壽齊天). In this study, we attempt to show the source and the tone of 4th chapter. In addition to, we examine and reinvestigate the key and mode of 1st line of 3rd chapter in Sujecheon. The main results of this study are as follows. The 4th chapter in Sujecheon was consist of the parts extracted from the 3rd, 4th, 5, and 6th line of 1st chapter in Sujecheon, and was extracted and reduced from the 3rd, 4th, 5, and 6th line of 3rd chapter in Sujecheon. Furthermore, when the melody of the 1st and 3rd chapter is reduced in the 4th chapter, the method of raising or lowering the parts by one octave is used instead of reducing the melody as it is. But the lowering by the one octave is replaced with lowering by 4-degree because of the limit of the musical range of piri(觱篥). Looking into the detailed contents, the key is the Tangnamnyeogunggemyeonjo(濁南呂宮界面調) from the 1st beat of 1st line to the 3rd beat of 2nd line of 4th chapter, which is same to the key and mode of 1st chapter in Sujecheon. The melody of the 4th~15th beat of 2nd line of 4th chapter is lower by one octave than that of the parts extracted from the 3rd chapter. But the melody of the th~9th beat of 2nd line is lower by 4-degree because of the limit of the musical range of piri, so that the key and mode is same to that of the 6th line of 1st chapter. Therefore the key and mode of the 4th chapter in Sujecheon is changed with "Tangnamnyeogunggemyeonjo→Taejugunggemyeonjo(太簇宮界面調)→Tangnamnyeogunggemyeonjo→Taejugunggemyeonjo." On the while, the 1st line of 3rd chapter is identified to reappear the 5th line of 1st chapter in Sujecheon. However the melody of 9th~12th beat of 1st line of 3rd chapter is raised the melody of 11th~12th beat of 5th line of 1st chapter by one octave and changed the key and mode at the same time. Therefore the key and mode of 1st line of 3rd chapter begins with the Namnyeogunggemyeonjo(南呂宮界面調) and is changed into the Taejugunggemyeonjo in the midway.
