1. There is neither reworking on the content nor recompilation of the original order within the Chapter 2 of the Copula, Volume I, I Ching; however, Chapters 4 and 5 have been merged into single one of the Chapter 3. 2. The object of this research is to study the Confucian cosmology of the Classic of Changes. The heaven and earth refer not only to the way the whole world of nature operates but also to signify the original undifferentiated Reality from which the universe is evolved. 3. It is a virtue to take over and practice the basic dualism of nature, yang and yin that has been given as the correct Way (i.e. practicing yang once and then do yin another time.) A good moral character is what may be achieved with the mind of the supreme good. The necessary qualities of the character include human heartedness, prudence, good upbringing, and inner integrity. 4. Everything is determined by the Way to the Yang and Yin, the cosmic concepts that are mutually complementary and balancing. The way to the Yang and Yin is the Way to the Sky. And the Way to the Sky is the Way to God.
