The purpose of this study was to examine support-serviced for students with cerebral palsy (CP) who participated in inclusive physical education lessons. Three students with CP were observed. Group in-depth interviews with three students with CP were used to collect relevant data. The collected data was analyzed by the case analysis and inductive categorical analysis. Qualitative data was captured using individual observation, group in-depth interviews, field note, and documents related to the participants. Data trustworthiness was triangulation, member checks, and professionals checks. The results were as follows: First, students with CP who participated in inclusive physical education lessons were concerned about 'helper providing'. Second, students with CP were concerned about 'disability understanding', concretely to see disability traits, recognition and attitudes. Third, students with CP were concerned about 'individual exercise items', in detail to see therapeutic exercise, individual and personal exercise, and separated lessons. Fourth, students with CP were concerned about 'modification of game rules', clearly to see variety of ball sizes, reducing court size, controlling the numbers of participants. It is necessary for adapted physical educators to understand the disability traits of students with CP. In addition, adapted physical educators should provide proper support-services for students with CP, when they participate in physical activity.
