Method: A study with quasi-experimental design was conducted from March 27, 2006 through April 21, 2006 with male students in the second grade of high school. 34 students in the experimental group (once a day the guided imagery program received group) and 32 control group remained for the final analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program by χ2-test, t-test and paired t-test. Results: There was no significant group difference in stress, stress coping, and health problem. However, upper 30% group of imagery ability showed significant increase stress coping in 4weeks after pre-test compare to the control group. Conclusion: The results indicate that students who have high level imagery ability are more efficient to guided imagery program.
