After the end of the Cold War, United states has been involved in the problems of the human right which has large influence on the international community. Especially US tried to lead the Gulf War, that was based on the agreement of United Nations Security. Council which argued Iraq's evacuation over 10 times since August 1990 supporting the armed intervention of multinational force. Finally through the intervention, US achieved the position of international Police announcing the supremacy for the post cold war time, 21st century. Therefor it can not avoid the notice that a powerful nation intervened intentionally on the chance of regionalism of outskirts countries. This study tries to pay attention to the things from supremacy, especially the cultural invasion which undeveloped countries should cost; based on ‘The white war’ and ‘The life of a Hollywood kid' directed by Jung Jiyoung -as a text to prove the cause and the proceed of supremacy. The generation born after Korean war grew up under military dictatorship of President Park Junghui. They found a ventless for culture through Hollywood movies. Lim byungsuk is one of such generation who saw, felt the world through American movies. He became unsocial, but wrote a very famous film, that found to be a mixed plagiarism of Hollywood movies. Lim's cultural identity had been overwhelmed by 'Hollywood invasion' It is also expected that we can look out on the new paradigm of international supremacy, and make a strategically defensive plan of the nation to stop the invasion on the area of culture through the recognition of the humanism deprived by the supremacy.
