Recently the world is globalizing and opening its doors to other countries because of the increase in cultural and economical interchange. This wave of globalization can positively improve the quality of life, but on the other hand, it can also produce the burden of international crimes. Korea has been known as an international crime safe zone, but with its fast economical development, simplization of immigration procedures and globalization polices, we are facing a break out of international climes such as drugs, guns, counterfeiting and organized crime. We can not deny that the effort between countries, regions and the United Nations to prevent crime is stablizing people’s lives and contributing to world peace greatly. However, we are aware that the existing system is not enough to cover the growth of globalization. Thus we have to reach an internationally accepted agreement between countries to achive efficient prevention of international crime. This Article deals with approximate a system of treaty on extradition and transfer of sentenced persons in korea. Henceforth Korea and China have a very vigorous argument, treaty on extradition and transfer of sentenced persons between the both countries must go without a hitch.
