Report Errors
The main purpose of this paper is to demonstrate that Heidegger’s ontology should be based on an philosophical analysis of the relationship between Time and sensation. My argument can be summarized as follows: 1. Sensation in its primordial moment should be understood as the original enowning of Being, which means that sensation is the ontological ground for Dasein to exist as a temporal being in its transcendental relation with Being. 2. Ontologically time is to be understood as the revelation of ontological meaning of Dasein as being-between-sensations. This revelation is based on Dasein’s insight into the absolute spontaneity and originality of sensations. 3. The explication of Dasein as being-between-sensations is to be understood as the most primordial ground for ontological investigations into the existential relationship between morality, freedom and time.
