To increase competitiveness of Korea airports, there need to analyze the productivity change factors of airports out. Airports have to arrange direction of improvement and make alternative plans for competitive power based at the analysis. For this, Malmquist productivity index of airports was measured and it was decomposed into technical efficiency change and technological change. The result of research is that the productivity of airport is affected by efficiency change of airport than technological change. To improve the efficiency of airports, restructuring and management innovation are needed. And to increase the technical efficiency of airports,benchmarking and technological innovation are needed.
