This study was conducted to understand the essential meanings and contents of the education tourism from The Grand Tour and explore the measures toward its improvement of education tourism. Tourism now is the fast growing industry and education is an area that has been fundamental throughout human history.
Educational tourism has received little attention as a vehicle for raising academic standards Now there is demand and interest growing in the industry compelling tourism and education to be combined and it is education tourism. Educational tourism includes those special tourism experiences motivated by interest in learning.
This study focused on the bear-leader(tour guider), an organised tours that promote a structured learning experience, post evaluation, education tourism contents. First, the Planning of education tourism Programme is based on basic principle. Second, It is very important that tour guide is equipped with professional knowledge and responsibility. Third, it is important to evaluate a experience after education tour is finished. Fourth, the target of educational tourism is not only youth but also older people from lifelong education perspective.
