In this study, the domestic passengers who experience security screening service for the flight in incheon international airport within the past 1 month were studied. The purpose of this study is to verify the research hypothesis that the waiting time perceived by the passengers will have a significant negative impact on airport service satisfaction and the effect of waiting time perceived by passengers on airport service satisfaction will be significantly different according to security service value. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research questionnaire was conducted for domestic passengers who had experienced security screening service for boarding at incheon international airport within the past 1 month and empirical analysis was conducted after establishing research models and hypotheses through literature studies.
