"Skiing is gettling gradually it`s position as one of the representive winter leisure Sports in Korea. So, to admit such user`s demands, the effectual management of Skiing resort is beginning as the pressing question. In such viewthis research investigats the attribute of utillizing satisfaction index from many skiing tourist who had used 6 skiing resorts in Kangwon Do. This research investigated the attribute of utillizing satisfaction index from Skiing Tourists who had used 6 Skiing Resorts atAnd the analysis of such attribution attains to the following conclusion. The first, in relation to the attribute of utillizing satisfaction index, Skiing tourists point out "Various Convinience Facilities", "Good Quality of Snow at the Slope" and "Safe and Various Lope" as the standard which is the most important "selection reason". Specially, the remarkable matter is "The price and the distance" has no influence with the selection reason" of skiing tourist. This give a preview skiing tourists are satisfied "Safe skiing slope", "Good quality of snow at the Slope", "Sight-See condition surrounding the skiing resort", "careful service from the employee of the resort" and "the discount rate" when they use the convinience facilities than they are taken along simply the cheap charge for using. Moreover, such selection standard gives the influence to the next visiting of Skiing Tourist. The Second, in the utillizing satisfaction index of each skiing resort at Kangwon Do, generally, the skiing tourists are satisfied by the orders which are "Good quality of Snow at the slope", "Safety Skiing Facilities", "Various Slope" and "Careful service from the employee". On the other hand, they complain about "the time required by the skiing resort", "Roughness convinience facilities", "Insufficience night entertainment place", "High Lift Charge" and "Insufficient development of Sight-See Condition connected with the resort". These dissatisfaction have something in common with the selection standard of skiing resort from the tourists. Further, the skiing resort is being recognized the important leiser facilities of family unit as well as skiing itself among the skiing tourist. Therefore, it is very important to make proper development plan and strategies after skiing in each reort when they have new service facilities or re-modeling their resort facilities in a long term eyes. There are the terms of 3-4 months in year to use Skiing resort in Korea. To recover a lot of investment cost during short time in winter season, the program which is able to use the resort all the year round is requested. That is, it is to be developed as the place of refeshment for busy morderns in nature environment during the low-demand season. In this viewpoint, various reasearches is proceeded continuously.
