The purpose of this study was to examine the present Condition of the recreation second grade qualification Acquisitor and to preset the problems and the improving methods of it. The results of this study are as followings 1. The greatest motivation for being recreation instructor was for being good instructor, that was 42.58%. The concern of recreation after the grade II recreation instructor training increased to 76.23% compared to that before the grade II recreation instructor training. 2. Only 30.34% of recreation instructors having the grade II recreation certification were instructing actually. 3. The greatest obstacle for men in the pest was lack of time caused by overworking in working place, that was 42.87%. The greatest obstacle for men in the present was also lack of time caused by overworking in working place and college, that was 40%. However, in women`s ease, the greatest obstacle in the past. lack of facility, that was 44.44%, while greatest reason in the present was lack of tune caused by aver-duty of housekeeping. that was 36.36%. 4. The popular activity for recreation instructing was dynamic activity, such as various sports, aerobic, game, fork dance, climbing, and sports for all, that was 70.30% 5. If the facility for recreation instructing would be provided, most desirable field was professional instructing, that was 55.06%.
