In leading an indoor recreational activity during employee training, the following conditions will contribute to an effective program. 1. The number of participants and programs format should be considered in allocating program duration. 2. Activity objectives, along with participant`s psychological and physical conditions and participant`s understanding and perception toward recreational activity are the factors in determining program organization. 3. Program format must be flexible enough to be adjusted depending on the activity objectives. 4. Recreation leader must have proper educational background in recreation. 5. The facility must have adequate lighting, comfortable climate and be free of outside noises. 6. The facility must have good sound system. 7. The facility layout and size should accomodate a given number of participants for all activities. 8. The desired shape of the facility is a square. 9. The program should be free from spectators. 10. The participants should be in appropriate attire for movements.
