The analysis and research of the class affix “X-Shou” is of great significance to the in-depth development of Chinese additional morphemes.
The combing of history of development also provides a certain reference, which helps to dynamically grasp the Chinese word formation system. This paper analyzes the evolution of the affix “hands” in ancient times and modern times and the analysis of the affix “hands”, and briefly examines them from the perspective of semantics, structure, and pragmatics. The affixation tendencies and quasi-affixation of the “X-Shou” Causes.
Language is one of the necessary conditions for social existence. Social political activities, production activities, and all relationships that take place between people are all related to language. The society is changing with each passing day. New things are constantly emerging. Languages will inevitably continue to evolve and develop. Otherwise, they will lose their functions. The evolution and development of language is reflected in all the constituent elements. The vocabulary is the most sensitive and most active. Therefore, the production and development of words such as “X-Shou” are also inevitable outcomes in the evolution of language development.
