Report Errors
The characteristics of venture firms, which have a relatively high survival rate compared to that of general companies, are often related to entrepreneurial Passion and technical skills of entrepreneurs in discovery of entrepreneurial items and execution of entrepreneurs. This study investigates the relationship between entrepreneurial Passion and Technology Readiness Index(TRI) of entrepreneurial venture firms analyzed through previous studies, and the effect of the entrepreneurial Passion and TRI on the organizational competence and innovativeness based on the questionnaire survey of 201 small and medium venture firms across the country. The results were analyzed through empirical analysis.
As a result, Passion for the invention affects Negative TRI, Passion for practice affects Positive and Negative TRI, and Organizational Competence has a significant influence on Innovation Performance and Sustainability affected by Negative TRI. This is the result of disproving the characteristics the difference between venture firms and general companies. In other words, the Passion of venture entrepreneurs and the motivation of technology development affect the technological power of venture firms, and the organizational competence is strengthened based on this, and innovation is maintained to maintain the viability of the enterprise.
