This study implemented an analysis of actual proof through a survey for the causation between spiritual wellness, stress release and job engagement. First, the hypothesis that value realization would have a significant positive effect on physical and psychological release, the sub factor of stress release was not supported. However, the hypothesis that self satisfaction, the sub factor of spiritual wellness, of an employee of hotel enterprise would have a significant positive effect on physical and psychological release, the sub factor of stress release, was fully supported. Second, the hypothesis that value realization, the sub factor of spiritual wellness, would have a significant positive effect on job vitality and job involvement, the sub factor of job engagement, was fully supported and the hypothesis that self satisfaction, the sub factor of spiritual wellness, would have a significant positive effect on job vitality, the sub factor of job engagement was fully supported. However, the hypothesis that self satisfaction, the sub factor of spiritual wellness would have a significant positive effect on job involvement, the sub factor of job engagement was not supported. Third, the hypothesis that physical release, the sub factor of stress release, would have a significant positive effect on job vitality and job involvement, the factor of job engagement, was fully supported. However, the hypothesis that psychological release, the sub factor of stress release, would make a significant positive effect on job vitality and job involvement, the sub factor of job engagement was not supported.
