This research examined the effects of organizational justice of Hotel and Casino service employees recognition on job satisfaction and commitment to organization, and the correlation between job satisfaction and commitment to organization, and at the same time compared the two groups. As a result of the analysis, justice awareness of Hotel and Casino employees had significant influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, while justice awareness having more significant influence on Hotel employees. Meanwhile, procedural justice awareness did not have significant influence on both Hotel and Casino employees in terms of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In contrast to precedent studies, this research implements comparative analysis on the gap of organizational justice awareness between Hotel and Casino service employees, thus producing implications on efficient management methods for Hotel and Casino organizations, which are two industries that represent Human Service reliant tourist business.
