This study aims to identify to factors affecting the transfer of education training to the A-airlines international flight attendants and develop method for enhancing the performance of transfer in the international flight attendants field works of airlines. The summary of the research analysis results as follows. First, the effect of the components of education training programs on the transfer of education training was analyzed, job relevancy, self efficacy, motive for learning have positive (+) effect on education training transfer performance. Second, the potential for change appeared to have a positive (+) effect in adjusting the relation between the components of education training programs and the transfer of education training. Third, the education training effectiveness is higher the non airline service majors than airline service majors, when the younger age.
