In this study, recently our new government has been trying to push on the new -local-development policy with a certain possibilities. however, there are some questions, which are whether that local development policy is being pushed on with a within-consciousness, economical activity, specific characteristic of the region inhabitants or not. In this study, we researched how much the region inhabitants who have the their own local color (identification) and their affectionate are affected by being propelled from the local tourism development policy. As a result of this study, the economic effect from the local tourism development affected positive reason to their affectionate in the development part and men have more affectionate to their local society than women. Moreover, residents who are in the inhabitants organization has more willing to be where they live. Citizens who are the upper class, high-background, old-ages are likely to have a strong social-affection. community tourism development which is being recommended by the present government`s the policy of national balance development, not only concentrate what they are developing and the goal, but they need to consider which ways the citizens who is living that region want for their region. also the present government has to listen carefully what they need and try to supply which is like using the multiple-system progression.
