This paper is shown how to apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) when to decide the issue in the group. AHP is well suited to group decision making and offers numerous benefits as a synthesizing mechanism in group decisions. In selecting the new hotel site, we have faced the many serious environmental problems. AHP helps us to build the model, to form the structure about multiple criteria of the problem, and to be shown the quantitative results. As a result, sensitivity analysis is used to interpret it, to consider the priorities of the selection, and to iterate the process for the better using the AHP software. As a result, the hotel site has been selected through the weight in the criteria; ① demand, ② airport accessibility, ③ public Accessibility, ④ costs, ⑤ expansions in the future, ⑥ profitability, ⑦ surrounded nature`s environment, ⑧ support on Gov.`s polocy, ⑨ the residents` acceptability. The best selection is Inchen Airport site from AHP. But considering the result from three-sensitivity, the selections of three sites have required the research in detail and more. And then, the best one place can be selected through the decision support system. Like that kinds of DSS, it can be support the decision of groups or individuals.
