The more modern society becomes industrialized, the more problems of elderly people have appeard. We must serve many service for elderly people. Elderly people try to leisure and make leisure culture themselves. Contemporary, a number of elderly people use na permit dancing halls. Those no permit dancing halls are poor sanitational, very dangerous. But a number of elderly people use then. This article aims on conditions analysis and improvement of elderly people who use the no permit pancing hall. I survey 114 elderly people. Gender is meal 64.9%, female 35.1%. Educational carrer is no educational carrer 5.3%, primary school 30.7%, middle school 21.9, high school 31.6 college bight 10.5. Age is 65 logest 30.7%, 66-70 41.2%, 71-75 21.1%, 76 highest 7.0%. They use them because of health, peer making, They were not experienced The Welfare center for Elderly people and Community Welfare Center. I will some alternative proposals those apperances. The law must be good order or arrangement for continua policy performance. Frequently, keeping or mollifing are performed, no permit dancing halls are induced the sound psychal institution. Especially, alcohol sale is not permited. But, over all, We posses many social welfare facilities. Those facilities are insufficente. There are 14 Welfare center for Elderly people in Seoul. In the Welfare center for Elderly people, a number specialists are need. They will care, educate, interview and diagnosis them. Programs in the facilities are good.
