Recently despite the importance of logistics management, companies don't have the effective system. It is expected that various and quick changes-such as the coming of customers' logistics ear, the opening of global logistics era, the change of individual logistics into joint logistics era, and the steady development form producers' logistics to customers' logistics will increase the cost. So active, effective efforts must be made. The solution is on-line logistics information system. This study is aimed at building an on-line logistics information system, cutting down the cost of international logistics, improving their images, and thus making their international competition better. And another purpose is to come up with expectation effects of international logistics. The expectation effects are as follows: The construction and active use of on-line logistics information system could get three positive expectation effects. First, international corporation have to construct total on-line logistics information system, expand it into departments and companies, establish the infrastructure of total information system, and control the rise of the logistics costs depending on the increase of international service by using network system properly, which can contribute to the increase of international competitiveness. Second, to brace for the rise in the needs for customer satisfaction, the companies have to expand the information system and use the total network system effectively, which can reduce the costs. Third, the positive results in cost reduction effects are as follows. Expectation effects in international corporate's totality and cost reduction can bring the increase of confidence and the reduction of international logistics costs. The construction and use of international logistics information system enables departments and companies to do their businesses effectively, which can get the reduction of the costs. As a result, the reduction of international logistics costs and the increase of confidence can contribute to the increase of international competitiveness.
