Education in WWW is becoming reality in this information society. Web-based instruction made it convenient that we display a variety of teaching materials, realistic learning environment, and interaction between teachers and students.in this paper we designed and build web pages to motivate high school students to learn 'export process' which is difficult and whose teaching materials are rare. And we tried to make this program better through the evaluation and comments from other teachers. Some features of this program are following :first, students can learn 'export process' on their own. Second, it has graphics and animation enough to daw interest from the students. Third, it has reasonable amount of contents for each lesson. Fourth, it has guides and links to other sites to help students work better. Fifth, it has an easy and adequate links between topics. Sixth, students can study further by offering links to other trade-related pages. Seventh, 'Q and A' helps teachers and students discuss easily. Eighth, effective feedback can be given to students through comments, hints, grading and e-mail. Lastly, games, poetry and fortunetelling are attractions of the program. Also, is has some limits. They are following ; first, it covers only a small part of export trade. Second, multimedia files with large sizes can't be offered because of the slow communication wire. Thired, it doesn't have enough links to 'export process' simulation pages on the web. Fourth, it works only through the web so students have to get a computer and commuication wire to get in internet. This proposed program has a potential in WBI of export trade. Further study on the contents and system like this will be necessary for effective education in school.
