This study is to preserve the form of clothes with unique peculiarity and culture of traditional clothes in Jeju, and to develop fashion products, by manufacturing DIY cultural products which applied various formative property and applying form of clothes. In other words, I think that it is suitable to preserve traditional form of culture in Jeju area, and to re-interpret the meaning of clothes in Jeju. As for method of study, it assorts the type of clothes as covering for head, clothes, socks, and accessory, as a result of analyzing fur, clothes of leather which Jeju residents wore, based on coastal and middle mountainous area in Jeju, via literature review and empirical one. We have deducted the formative property into decoration, sewing, and material, etc., and formed the products of DIY package, selecting the item of fur in Jeju⋅leather clothes by each type, based on it. Therefore, it selects leather jacket for covering for head, leather clothes by form of outer coat for clothes, leather socks for traditional socks, and square pocket for accessory, by one piece. Also, it organizes total four pieces as one bundle products, by including work pattern, method of manufacturing, instruction manual, and supplementary material together. Besides, we have applied various formative property which appeared to fur in Jeju⋅leather clothes, and 4 developed fashion products to make it easy to use in daily life, actually. therefore, preserving the culture and uniqueness of Jeju’s traditional fur and leather clothing doubles, it is not only interesting but also interesting and inviting the interest of Jeju’s jungsangan culture which was not well known to tourists. further research shows that developing a traditional cultural center with just the right angle on it will help create a high economic value added to the Jeju fashion industry.
