Recently Jeju Island due to the rise of brand value, inflow population is increasing rapidly. However, Jeju islanders, have the exclusive trend to other local residents. Settlers, to feel the loneliness and alienation. Jeju is a situation in which cultural facilities are missing somewhat. It has accounted for most of the cultural space for large-scale performances coming form other regions. A small theater that Jeju artist has been operating a small scale will be able to show deficiencies is reality. Cultural facilities for large-scale performances, in a separate space without the cooperation of the local community, the local residents to form a sense of distance. These problems, to immigrant leaves the Jeju, bring isolation from globalization. In this context, there is a need for complex culture space that can coexist culture of various genres and a unique culture of Jeju region, The reason is as follows. While participation in the program of the culture space, it is possible t provide an opportunity to understand in cooperation with each other. and by forming a social network, it is possible to provide an opportunity for social participation to residents. Therefore, in this study, to try to fuse the specific characteristics of a plurality of dimensions that grows wild in the Jeju region in space. So, to induce participation by forming a sense of intimacy to the local residents. That is, a study on the contributing complex cultural space for activation of the community.
