This essay studies some aspects and problems of re-migration to third countries of Koreans of Argentina. First Korean migrators arrived in Argentina in 1965 and most of them settled down and have been living since then with great satisfaction. Nevertheless, Korean migrators faced challenges such as a different language, culture shock and new social status, but specially severe economic problems that had prevailed in Latine-American countries. These practical difficulties can be found in the literature works published by Koreans in Argentina and Korea. In this context, some Koreans re-migrate to the Unites States, Canada, Mexico and Brasil or even return to Korea due to various reasons. We can divide those re-migrants into different types. Some re-migrate for better circumstances to comparably stable countries. Others go to other countries from third countries. Some go back to Korea to settle down forever. In this last case, the others come back to Argentina from the third countries. These overseas Koreans, of course it is for sure that they have positives aspects for they can be a global talent for learning various languages and accustomed to multiple cultures. But they have negatives aspects such as communication problems and conflicts among generations, geographic and problems of economic situations within re-migrate families and identity problems on the process of migration and re-migration. But most of overseas Koreans suffer confusion of identities in the process of ambiguity of nationality. Some schemes same as voting rights for overseas Korean and dual nationalities are needed to solve the problems same as identity problems and to expand national development and maintain ethnics communal society of re-migration Koreans.
