This study is about how to make ‘Korean Empire Trail’ in Seoul.
‘Sogong-ro’, the emperor’s way, is missing for the representative city reform project of Gojong.
We will interpret the current Korean Empire Trail under planning, review the conservation value and historical value of ‘Sogong-ro’ that ismissing from the plan, and review the significance. In addition, we want to know the meaning of city planning rather than simply a tourcourse by verifying the urban value through the process of Sogong-ro.
This study proposes Sogong-ro be inclusion of in the Korean Empire Trail project through the value and justification of Sogong-ro.
