The purpose of this study examines and analyzes the influence of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder on coping and Sport Confidence of university athletes. Through convenience sampling method, participants were selected and 281 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis from university athletes. With the collected data, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed by SPSSWIN 21.0. The analysis results are as follows. First, the hyper arousal had positive effect on university athletes’ problem-focused coping strategies and negative effect on their dysfunctional coping strategies. On the other hand, avoidance had positive effect on their problem-focused coping strategies. The permeability had negative effect on their problem-focused coping strategies and positive effect on their dysfunctional coping strategies. Second, the hyper arousal had positive effect on university athletes’ sport confidence. On the other hand, permeability had negative effect on their social support, coach leadership and physical/mental preparation. Third, the problem-focused coping strategies had positive effect on their social support and physical/mental preparation. Emotional coping strategies had positive effect on their coach leadership and physical/mental preparation. Dysfunctional coping strategies had negative effect on their coach leadership and physical/mental preparation.
