Space weather changes caused by solar storm and other outer space factors may affect on the whole society such as satellite, flight, electric power and broadcasting. It can also lead to the failure of the national infrastructures and services. In this regard, we need to establish manuals differentiated by preparedness planning and disaster response in order to prevent damage to the disasters and service failures and clarify disaster alert stage management system. Thus, this paper looked into the related laws and the current standard manual for risk management in space weather disaster and elicited suggestions from this current analysis.
