Integration and mergence are the worldwide trend in industry, and domestic industry is getting through changes such as business sidelining, complexation of service and goods, and enlargement. Integration and mergence increase structural complexity of IT requiring swift reaction to the changes. Accordingly, information system in integration era requires structures that small and simple components are integrated in service-oriented ways and dynamic structures that is supported by continuous evolution/advance type of changes. Flexibility, integration, reusability and multi-centric features are key factors of success. Therefore, in this research, service-oriented, business component based integral business architecture process model, one of IT integration methods that reflects these structural changes, is suggested. This business architecture that has differentiated features can bring effects including swift reaction to new business and products, the consistency of work and flexibility promotion.
