The purpose of the study was to estimate the long-term repairment unit cost of apartment housing complexes based upon the repairment cycle related to the apartment housing complex. The data for the estimation was produced through report from May 10, 2012 to March 10, 2013, and the sample consisted of 147 repair item of index5 in Last Housing Law. The repairment cycle module on the longterm repair plan were consisted of 10 repairment cycle factors, and did analysis into 39 repair work through the total life 40year. In this study, we want to inquire into the fact whether total repairment working cost is valid method for inducing the accumulated unit cost, or total accumulation cost is valid for it, using the repairment cycle module. As the result of yielding the unit repair cost per squair meter, the method by total accumulation cost were relatively valid for the repairment working at a view of supply for the repairment fund on time compare with the total repairment working cost. In addition to this, we became to reach the conclusion as follow; 1) 3year-after construction of apartment housing, repairment working is only 2, but in case of 10-15-20year after the construction, repairment working is amount to 68 repairment working item. 2) Unit repair cost per squair meter through total accumulation cost is equal to 130% case of total repairment working cost. In order to apply to these such repair cost our management field, it will be necessary to improvement the management system into more concrete the performance aim of apartment housing.
