본 논문은 노후화된 산업단지의 일부 블록을 재정비를 통해 창업을 위한 지원 프로그램과 산업 인프라가 구축된 복합산업단지로의 조성을 한다. 복합산업단지의 프로그램은 오피스, 주거, R&D, 지원시설이며 특히 오피스 공간은 창의적 사고의 발현을 위해 수평적 확장과 연장된 동선을 계획하고 공간의 성격을 통해 오피스 형태를 분리하도록 한다.
