Nepal is a male dominated country. Women and girls are not treated equal to men. There are not many opportunities for women to grow. In urban regions of Nepal, women are uprising but still in many villages, women are the victims of patriarchal society. When they turn18, they are forced to get married. Their dreams and goals are unheard. They are not involved in any activities like decision making, their needs and wants are avoided. In this paper, I have come up with various barriers they came across from their families, peers or from society during their developing phase.
