Equality between men and women is a fundamental right and also a key element of making the sustainable organization in every sector. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment and to take part in the Government of his/her country. To attempts to eliminate gender-based poverty, women’s equal participation and leadership in decision-making processes at every level and in every sector is fundamental.
