In order to improve the integrated service capability of university, the dormitory, as the significant part of the facilities in the university was regarded as the significant research object. The target of the thesis aims at finding the students’ unsatisfied problems of the dormitory and provides the theoretical basis to improve the dormitory service. First of all, 42 unsatisfied problems about dormitory condition and management were found through interview; and next, with KJ method, it analyzed and summarized them in six aspects of External environment of building, Amenity, Internal facilities, Management, Communal facilities, Personal problem; last but not the least, it found Management, and Communal facilities is the main reason that caused students to be unsatisfied about the dormitory. For the thesis is only based on the International House 2 of "D" University, it is just a microcosmic research without universality of the result. A lot case analysis will be done in the future to supplement the opinions in the thesis.
