It seems that a convenient investment method for real estates at an auction by using NPL(Non-Performing Loan) through Investment companies and AMC(Assets Management Company) is much more common in the market due to recent high competition to make a successful bid against auction sales of collaterais provided at financial institutions.
This study is primarily to focus on setting up priorities for the importance of investment influent factors on auction investors" decision marking, which are duly analyzed by the paired comparison method between specific factors of investing NPL and related factors in auction market including specific factors of real estates investment.
Based on the empirical analysis of relevant importance among key factors of investment decision marking. NPL Acquisition Factors show high priority against " Real Estates Investment Factors" and "Auction Investment Factors" in the large classification level. In case of the influence analysis for the importance of key factors on investment decision marking, 4 high influence values from 27 analyzed small classification of NPL specific investment factors are located among 5 highest influence values. This concludes that the most important factor is a successful bid for auction sales as an ultimate objective of auction investment.
From this study, it is more clear that a successful bid only could be possible with alternative investment opportunities by preventing any economic losses form no preoccupancy on NPL acquisition or 3rd parties" dominant position for bidding process by using NPL.
