Report Errors

The world is recognized, and expressed with language. The expressed language is assimilated again into the world. There are aspects of agreement and disagreement that appear between the world and recognition. A standard of rationality is needed between language and the world when the presented language joins the world again. Conceptualization, pragmatics, illusion, and lies exist in these processes, through which some linguistic and legal phenomena can be understood. Conceptualization and illusion occur in the process between the world and recognition, and pragmatics and lies happen in the process from recognition to language. The relationship between language and law can be observed in each process of the world, recognition, and language. Law and language are exposed together both in the legal characteristics of language and in the linguistic translation of legislation. Law is in close relation to language.
