Through this study, an elastic exercise band complex group of 8 weeks (CoQ10 intake + band exercise) and middle-aged women in the control group, and serum lipid levels of reactive oxygen species affect how you placed with the purpose to identify. Changes in the concentration of reactive oxygen species compared in the two groups after the experiment than before the experiment was significantly lower (p<.01), changes in between-group comparison, seemed there was no statistically significant difference. Changes in serum lipid complex group only after the experiment than before the experiment, Total Cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C, Triglycerides showed a significant difference in the (p<.05, p<.01), changes in between-group comparisons after the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol experiment seemed only statistically significant difference. This conclusion together, rather than simply exercise and exercise at the same time through antioxidant intake decreased serum concentrations of reactive oxygen species and that there are more effective in improving blood conclusions. Subjects for further study in more diverse antioxidant intake and antioxidant effects of the human body, improve circulation, and many studies are in progress will have to be.
