The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of rehabilitation program on cervical of ROM, subjective pain degree in patients of acute neck pain. Subjects was divided in to 3 group(MTT, Chiropractic, PT) from 22 patients of acute neck pain. The patients were treated with MTT, Chiropractic and PT program for 4 weeks and the effects on cervical of ROM, subjective pain degree have been evaluated. For the patients, improvement effect of Lateral Flexion showed in the change of left side to applied three kinds of remedies. especially, Chiropractic group took higher improvement effect than MTT and PT group. In addition, there are improvement effect from all of remedies in the change of Lateral Flexion(right side), but PT group was taken improvement effect 2 weeks late compare with other group. For the patients, there is not improvement effect in the change of Rotation(left side), but there is improvement effect from all of remedies in the change of Rotation(right side). Moreover, Chiropractic group showed more effective result than MTT group and PT group. In the subjective pain degree of patients, all of three groups were taken the reductive effect with times; 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks. Chiropractic group took more reductive effect than MTT and PT during 1 week and 2 weeks, and MTT group showed outstanding effect compare with PT group in 4 weeks. According all of study result, there are reductive effect of subjective pain and increase of ROM with MTT, Chiropractic, and PT (Physical Therapy). In addition, it became clear that appling the Chiropractic for the patients of acute neck pain showed excellent effect.
